DiGi is built and implemented by the same people you talk to at the presentation, during the pilot and after go-live. We work from Poznań and Katowice, Poland, and set the system up in plants across the country, on site and remotely.

Responsible for working with customers and for smooth implementations. He leads the process from the first presentation of the system, through choosing the scope and the pilot, to getting the solution running at the customer's plant.

Responsible for the architecture and development of the system, from the operator screen to connecting measuring devices and machines.
Where DiGi comes from
From quality control to the whole shop floor
DiGi started with quality control: a control plan per part, results straight from the measuring device, a control chart. In the plants we quickly saw that control alone was not enough: nobody knew how much a machine had actually produced and why it stopped. That is how Smart Monitor came about: machine monitoring and piece counting. Then customers told us that with a defective part there was no way to find out what went wrong in the process: which raw material batch it came from and when it was made. That is how Smart Trace came about. We keep developing the system together with the plants that run on it.
That is why it is one system, not three tools: one operator tablet, one register of products, machines and operators, and access to all modules from one platform.
We work with manufacturing plants, most often in these industries: plastics and packaging, automotive, metalworking, construction chemicals.

Pilot first, then scale
We start with one machine or one workstation, alongside running production. After the pilot you see how the system works on your data, and only then decide about more machines.

One contact person from presentation to go-live
Piotr runs the presentation, the pilot and the implementation. You do not explain your process all over again to new people.

New features come from specific problems on a specific shift, and we set the direction of development based on requests from the plants that run on it.

Who is behind the DiGi brand
The DiGi brand is owned by DEVS Sp. z o.o., a software company operating as DevsPower. It designs, builds and supports the system, employs the team and is the data controller for the forms on this site.
Our partner is VXCONTROL from Katowice: we build and implement the system together. Hence two cities and implementations across Poland.
