Connect what you already have

Gauges connect to the tablet straight in the browser, by cable or Bluetooth. You install no drivers or extra software on the workstation.

Before implementation we check the gauge on your own unit. Your gauge is not here? If it sends data through a serial port, USB or Bluetooth, we add a profile as part of the implementation. Reading results from coordinate measuring machines is a separate integration.

Machines

Three ways to get data from a machine

A gateway collects signals from machines and sends them to the system. We do not touch the controller program.

1

Machine controller

The run signal and cycle counter are read from the machine controller through the DiGi gateway, without touching the machine program.

2

Added sensor

When the machine has no controller with communication, a cycle sensor and a small input module are enough. We do not touch the machine program.

3

Operator tablet

No integration at all: the operator records start, stops and pieces. A good way to start a pilot.

ERP and MES

No more double entry

We agree the scope and method of data exchange with your IT department or ERP vendor. We start with what gives the most: orders and parts.

  • Parts, orders and standards pulled from ERP
  • Production confirmations and inspection results sent back to ERP
  • Exchange through API, files or database views
  • Every integration is agreed individually, depending on the system

Ask about your gauge or machine

Tell us what you have on the floor. We will reply how to connect it
