OOE
Overall Operations Effectiveness
OEE calculated against the total time the plant operates, including planned stops.
Formula
OOE = Availability against shift time × Performance × Quality
OEE ignores time when the machine was deliberately not meant to run, for example a planned service. OOE includes that time. The difference between OEE and OOE shows how much capacity planned stops consume.

Smart Monitor shows OEE, OOE and TEEP side by side: OEE against planned time, OOE against shift time, TEEP against calendar time.
